William James McGee passed away on January 3, 2018, at the age of 85 years. William was born in Toronto, Canada on April 17, 1932. He began working as a young man as a meter reader at Consumer Gas, and was quickly promoted to a sales representative. Following his time there, William started his career at Air Canada, where he worked as a ramp supervisor for 32 years.

While living in Toronto, William met his beloved wife, Constance Amelia McGee. They married on September 24, 1955 and had two children, Kevin and Tracy, prior to relocating to California in 1963.
William will be remembered by his love for his family. Up until his final breaths, he could not express enough how much he loved and appreciated his family. He was so proud of his children and grandchildren, and his face would light up whenever they entered the room.

Throughout William's life, he traveled the world with his wife Constance. He enjoyed reading out on his front porch, especially while the sun was shining. He was an avid hockey fan and although he lived in California, he was a true Canadian at heart. William's love and generosity was radiant, and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his two children, Kevin McGee and Tracy (Patrick) McLane; four grandchildren, Megan (Andrew) Driver, Natalee McGee, Kelly Nazariya, and John McGee; three great-grandchildren, Liam Nazariya, Lucas Driver, and Everleigh Nazariya; a brother, Gilbert McGee; and two sisters, Kathleen Karbownik and Elizabeth (Mel) Williams. William was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Constance McGee.
